Case Study 1 -Retail Challenge Retail company required sales training for their staff and management training for their manager with the goal being to increase skills which in turn would increase sales and overall profitability. This company had not invested in sales training before so it was very important that they got a return on investment. They essentially needed help with face to face selling, telephone selling and overall persuasion techniques. The company was looking to increase their monthly average GWP which was £120,000.
